RichContext 2019 Year in Review

As 2019 comes to an end, we’re taking the time to reflect on everything that happened to RichContext this year. Here’s a look back on what made this year one of our best yet.

We Saved Clients Over $1 Million

Thanks to Pathlink, our intelligent shopper routing technology, we’ve saved our clients over $1 million in media waste. Pathlink is designed to direct shoppers to products that are always in-stock and geo-relevant. The patent-pending technology creates personalized destinations, redirecting the user to a custom eCommerce shelf, an in-stock item, or a URL so you never have to waste an impression again. New and Improved Offerings

We’re always working on improving our solutions to better meet the needs of our clients. In 2019, we launched a lightning-fast mobile shopping solution, multiple interactive enhanced content modules for PDPs, and made improvements to our products and analytics. Award-Winning Solutions

We pride ourselves on creating cutting-edge retail technology solutions. This year, our products and campaigns were recognized with five awards by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP) in categories for microsites, interactive brand experiences, and mobile shopping. Launched 200+ Campaigns

We’ve been busy this year! We’re thankful for the opportunity to partner with the world’s most recognized brands to create over 200 engaging campaigns, making 2019 our biggest year yet. We’ve learned a lot and are ready to dive into the new year head first.

Millions of User Engagements

RichContext experiences received millions of user engagements in 2019. Our solutions are designed to engage, inspire, and convert online shoppers. There is power in user behavior online and we’re excited to offer solutions that are giving brands new visibility while creating a memorable brand experience.

Our Team Grew

As our products and offerings expanded, so did our team. We welcomed 11 new members to the RichContext family in 2019. With monthly team building activities, a welcoming office environment, and a shared vision, we’re committed to a company culture that encourages growth. In September, our website got a facelift. The new site features helpful, in-depth product information, case studies, company blog, and more. This upgrade is only the beginning – there are more plans to continue enhancing our website to make it even better.

New Ways to Connect

We entered 2019 with the goal of keeping our clients connected and informed. To accomplish this, we’ve launched a monthly email newsletter (sign up here!), upped our social media game (@richcontext), and released a series of case studies to showcase various campaigns. We hope this change has helped you stay in the loop of all things RichContext.

What to Expect in 2020
