Say hello to Chance! He joined the RichContext team in April of 2018 as Vice President, Performance Marketing. His talents include social media marketing, strategy development, and making the best cup of coffee in the office. - What do you do at RichContext?
I lead Performance Marketing, which includes advertising, social, and eCommerce efforts.
- What’s the best part about working at RichContext?
I think the best part about working at RichContext is the balance of responsibility and opportunity that comes with my role and being a member of the team. RichContext has some of the smartest people in the retail technology industry. It’s a great environment to learn from my co-workers and challenge myself every day.
- Favorite RichContext project?
Pathlink. Since I began running paid ads on behalf of clients, I feel personally invested in their success. As a result, eliminating waste is a high priority and a critical strategy in how I approach my work. Pathlink allows me to identify and eliminate media waste for clients. When you’re working with some of the biggest brands in the world, the savings and results we generate have such a huge impact.
- What’s something most people don’t know about you?
In 2007, I had the opportunity to attend the very first Toms Shoes drop in Argentina. Toms Shoes is an organization that donates a pair of shoes for every pair purchased. When I first learned of Toms, I wrote the company seeking ways to help out. I became a volunteer and traveled to Buenos Aires to help distribute over 1,500 pairs of shoes. It was the most impactful experience of my life.

Always be curious and passionate. No matter the industry, focus on creating lasting value.
